Ooooh, I am so excited for today’s giveaway. I have been shopping at Lands End since before the Internet (yes, that is how old I am…I remember using actual paper order forms). These days, I turn to Lands End for a bunch of different items including basics for my kids (R. gets this dress every year), personalized baby gifts (like this towel set or this blanket), and even items for my home (I’m eyeing these teak bath accessories). You can always count on Lands End for high-quality items and, I must say, they have become more stylish over the years. Since Mother’s Day is just around the corner, I’m going to share with you some of my favorite Lands End picks for moms (I’ll return to post more about their kids’ stuff at a later date!):

Well, first thing would probably involve one of their swimsuits for my daughter. They had some nice, modest one-piece suits that are increasingly harder to find now. (Never understood why people want to encourage their toddlers to dress in a revealing fashion.)
Beyond that, it’s hard to say. I’d probably go for something that would last beyond the season – maybe a bookbag for my daughter or something like that. I had a bookbag that lasted me pretty much all through college and beyond. Great quality.

I agree that Land’s End has great quality clothes. I too have been shopping there since the early catalouge days. I own a few of their tummy slimming swim suits and swear by them to all my friends. If I won a gift certificate I’d buy new trekker shoes for the summer for the whole family and maybe some new jersey dresses for the girls. They are the most versatile dresses I’ve found and wear very well.
I just had a baby, so it’s time for some looser-fitting t-shirts(for easy-access breastfeeding), and definitely a new swimsuit. This is a great giveaway!

I just love Land’s End. I have two of the Scottish Lace baby blankets embroidered with personalized names. I also have a diaper bag that I got more than 4 years ago and it still looks great. They are a high quality store. If I win this, I would get chino skirt, a roll-sleeve patterned shirt dress (both for me) and a baby girl’s smocked woven dress. I know all that exceeds the $100 so I’ll have to pay some myself, but it’s worth it.

I would purchase another one of their totes. We have one already that we have had for a decade and it is still in almost new condition. We have taken it to every baseball, football games and track meets since my kids were in kindergarten. My last child is off to college this year…so that tells you how tough these are! We stuff these full of food, blankets, cameras, drinks, etc. Our son who is leaving has already TOLD us he is taking it to college with him. So..I am thinking we will need another!
I also still have shoes, sweaters and mens shirts that we have had for years. You want quality, you buy from Lands End, especially MENS SHIRTS!

i’d get my baby some bucket hats since he looks so cute in them and hates getting the sun in his eyes! I like that they have straps to help keep them on since his hats keep blowing away. I’d also get some shoes for my husband and the navy grosgrain stripe slouch bag for myself.
