It comes from From Scratch Designs , a small, high-end boutique offering children’s and women’s clothing by Harajuku Lovers, Ed Hardy, Baby Bean, Joe’s Jeans, Jottum, Junk Food and more. They are offering one of our readers this gorgeous girls’ Jottum Twiggy Skirt (available in sizes 5 or 7…if you’ve got a younger girl, you can save it in her closet for later!). Jottum is a Dutch designer known for quality, imaginative children’s clothing made in the city of Edam. The layered skirt is intricately detailed with ruffles, rhinestones, and ribbons…perfect for a girly girl. The skirt costs $149; it is not available at the From Scratch Designs website since it is being held for us, but check out their other girls’ skirts here.
