THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED.Even though I browse Etsy.com quite often, sometimes I miss some of its best items. So I was very glad when Leigh Houston, the designer/mom of 2 behind Etsy’s Little Pink Posies shop, contacted me about her sweet “posy girl” playsets. They are absolutely darling!
Inspired by vintage peg and clothespin dolls, these “posy girls” have a sweet retro feel (they remind me a little of my old Fisher Price Little People from the 1970s, only much prettier). They are lovingly hand-painted in detail with a coat of non-toxic varnish for extra durability, and measure either 2 inches (“little girls”) or 3.5 inches (“mommies”). Even though they are non-toxic, since they are small they are best for children ages 3 and up. Take a look at these cuties (a set of 3 costs about $24):

Ahhh! Leigh’s whole site is full of cute things. The hair clips are some of the cutest I’ve seen. As far as the Posies go, I’d pick the garden girls, although it’s a toss-up, as they are all precious.
