WHAT? When did Kate's close??? I am very upset about this.

A few weeks ago. I went inside today and it is a half-empty "Jam Paper" pop-up shop selling half-price leftover Christmas paper. It was so depressing. Kate's is where I fell in love with stationery. It was like Breakfast at Tiffany's for me. I am heartbroken!
