Well, it’s not precisely a bargain (if, like me, you rarely spend more than $30 on an item of children’s clothing), but a bunch of Milly Minis threads at Saks Fifth Avenue have been discounted upwards of 70%. So if you’ve always eyed the junior version of this high-end designer’s frocks, this may the time to buy one. My favorite: the Colorblocked Sheath Dress (on sale for $84.37; originally $225).
