Another one of my favorite new products at this past summer’s New York International Gift Fair was the new Serenity Star Electronic Sleep and Feeding System by Aden & Anais. If you’ve got a baby or young child, you probably know this company for its ubiquitous muslin swaddling blankets. But now they’ve come up with another must-have new parent gift. The Serenity Star is a nursery tool that does quadruple duty–it’s a feeding diary, sound machine (choice of 4 sounds and lullabies), room temperature monitor, and clock/nightlight, all in one. It pretty much does all the “keeping track” you’ll need to do during those sleepless nights…consider it a solution to new mommy brain.
